Kicking things off, we'll get to know your business inside and out. We’ll get to the root of what makes your business unique, the true value of your offerings, and who your dream clients are. This sets the stage for a brand that’s authentically you.

02 Design

Next, the fun part begins! We brainstorm and design based on our discoveries, reviewing different brand directions until we find the perfect fit. We’ll refine and perfect until your brand truly resonates.

03 Show it off

Once you're obsessed with your new identity, we’ll hand over everything you need to confidently showcase and implement your new brand persona. Get ready to stand out and start attracting those dream clients.

    We are so excited you're ready to dive right in! Let's start by setting up a free 15 to 20-minute discovery call to get a better understanding of your project goals. From there, we can make a plan, discuss timelines, and ways we can set you up for success.

  • How quickly can we begin?

    Our availability largely depends on our existing client workload. We like to dedicate our full focus to each project we take on, and because of this - only take on so many projects per month.

  • What if I need just a logo?

    We specialize in designing brands intentionally and strategically. For this reason, we don't offer singular logo designs. While it takes an initial investment and effort to lay the groundwork, our clients see the biggest success and long-term impact from a strong brand identity.


    If you're not quite ready to invest in a fully custom brand, our semi-custom brand kit services are a great alternative. These kits are pre-designed branding bundles where we swap out a few details to make it yours. You'll get loaded brand package at an affordable price! 

  • I'm not sure were to begin with my branding

    We've got you! We find the best project outcomes are based on amazing communication and preparedness.


    Once you've booked with us, you'll receive a welcome onboarding guide, discovery homework, and a checklist of things to start collecting before we begin. 


    We also recommend gathering inspirational images to give us a sense of the look and feel you're going for. We love Pinterest and provide steps on how to create and add Lume to a collaborative board.

  • I'm not ready to invest in a custom brand, can you still help?

    As designers, we recognize the need for stunning branding that will captivate the right people. We also know that not everyone is ready to invest in a fully custom brand package. 


    That’s why we’ve curated semi-custom brand kits to help you hit the ground running with your brand, so you can show up and feel confident in your business, online and in person.

  • What payment types do you except?

    Once you’ve had a chance to review your proposal,  you'll be able to review our contract and invoice to cover the initial deposit for your services. A non-refundable 50% deposit for branding services is required to secure your booking with us, and full payment is required before receiving your final project. 


    All prices are in Canadian dollars and we are thrilled to serve clients North America-wide. E-transfer is our preferred method of payment, but we also accept most major credit cards or cheques.
